Hi, I’m Sarah Doody, a UX Designer & Researcher with 20 years of experience.

In 2017 I noticed a problem, UX people aren’t great at UX-ing their own careers, which is why they get stuck in creating their UX portfolio and navigating their UX job search. 

So I did something about it, I created the first UX job search accelerator, on average people get 5-figure salary increases. And some have been hired in as few as 47 days.
