We aim to make the Career Strategy Conference accessible, while being mindful of the costs associated of planning, running, and producing this event. As such, we charge for conference tickets (if you’re looking for free events, check out Career Strategy Lab’s monthly events.)

However, we may drop coupon codes in our newsletter or on our LinkedIn and Instagram in the months leading up to the event. 

We also have 3 price raises, so buy your ticket early to save money. The price increases are as follows:

  • Early Bird: $75 until Sep 30
  • Standard Price: $95 until Nov 4
  • Last Call: $125 until Dec 

No, there will not be refunds available for tickets purchased. 

The Career Strategy Conference community will be hosted on a platform called Circle and will allow for more fluid discussion than can be facilitated in a Zoom chat.

The community will be available starting Monday, December 2 and be available through Friday, December 13 at 6pm Pacific. 

Yes, the Career Strategy Conference will be recorded and you’ll be able to access the recordings until January 30, 2025. 

We’re committed to making the conference accessible to everyone. As such, we will have live captioning and on-demand recordings of all captions with closed captions within 2 business days after the event.

Yes! We’d love to chat about how your company or organization can get involved. Sponsorship costs start at $2,500 USD. Please email us to discuss sponsorship opportunities. 

No. When you purchase a ticket, it’s for your personal use only. Do not share your login with other people or use it to watch with a group of people such as your class, team, or organization. 

Every attendee must attend under the purchase of 1 ticket. 

Though we can’t easily enforce this, we trust that you will respect this policy. As a small team, we’re putting on this conference to support the community and we hope you’ll join us in this effort, by adhering to this policy.

The workshop is part of the conference, as such, we only offer one ticket type for the conference which includes access to both the talks and workshop.
