Our 4 sessions and live workshop are designed to help you take immediate action.
The schedule is being finalized and will be published Oct 7, 2024.
Session 1
Building resilience in your career & life
Burnout, imposter syndrome, and a lack of confidence are leaving many people feeling stuck in their careers, with these struggles often spilling over into their personal lives.
This session will explore how building resilience can help you regain control, overcome career stress, and stop self-doubt from affecting your well-being—ultimately creating space for a more fulfilling life outside of work.
Session 2
Developing a “why” for your career
In this session, we’ll dive into the power of having a clear “why” for your career—just like successful products have a purpose.
By treating your career as a product, you can align your professional decisions with a deeper mission, helping you stay focused, make smarter career moves, and feel more fulfilled. Learn how to define your career “why” and use it as a guide to drive meaningful growth and long-term success.
Session 3
What managers look for before and after you’re hired
In this session, hiring managers share what they look for in candidates and how to succeed in the crucial first 90 days after being hired.
Learn how to stand out in interviews, understand key qualities managers value, and gain insights into thriving in your new role from day one. This behind-the-scenes look will help you make a lasting impression and accelerate your career success.
Session 4
Thinking different about money in your career
This session explores the financial side of UX and Product careers, from maximizing earning potential through freelancing and negotiation to personal money management.
We’ll also hear from Career Strategy Lab clients who’ve made successful financial move, including freelancing, starting agencies, and more. Learn how to think differently about money and take control of your financial future.
WORKSHOP
Workshop: How to stop loathing LinkedIn and instead, leverage it to be more visibile and advance your career
In this workshop, overcome your fears about posting on LinkedIn, and build a sustainable posting habit. We’ll guide you through confidently sharing and engaging. Then, for a week after the conference, you’ll use our daily LinkedIn posting prompts to help you leverage LinkedIn for your career and to increase visibility for your team or company.
You’ll also get access to our private community.
Connect with other attendees for 2 weeks before, during and after the event.
The community will be available from December 2 – 13.
